Curiosity Opens The Mind

I’m trying to remember
a time when
it got the best of me
try as I might
I can’t recall
when curiosity
convinced me to flee
call me curious
or call me brave
it’s a trait that educates
and allows my mind to see

  3. It’s one of a human’s driving forces and why power mongers are so determined to harness it for their evildoing. When developing minds are staring at mesmerizing flashing images on their electronic screens instead of going out and exploring the natural world, where all answers may be sought and often found, our species is facing a terrible menace.

    1. Sad, but true. I agree that a large portion of our youth are being robbed of natural curiosity by mesmerizing electronic stimulation….and that makes me curious about how the sociology journals of the future will remember, evaluate, and categorize this particular history.
